School of Fashion MFA alum Jia Hua is a finalist for the 2014 H&M Design Award!

Jia’s collection was inspired by artists such as Dan Flavin, Mickalene Thomas and Caroline Larsen. She mixes traditional craft techniques with contemporary sportswear, bringing different types of materials together, such as chiffon with sporty meshes.
