Hopping Around on Fashion’s Night Out

As fashion week is fast approaching, New York City is gearing up for another exciting week starting with Fashion’s Night Out on Thursday, September 6^th.  While the event was initiated in 2009 to boost sales during rough economic times, it has truly become a fashionable block party with each store promising an even more amazing night. Festivities will start at 6pm and end at 11pm (http://www.fashionsnightout.com).

With so many great events all in one night, be sure to make the most of your evening by planning accordingly. It is not every day that you can get up close and personal with some of the most famous names in the industry as they talk fashion. Diane Von Furstenberg’s meatpacking flagship promises appearances by HBO’s Girls actress Allison Williams as well as Vogue’s Senior Market Editor, Meredith Melling Burke (http://www.dvf.com). Pop into Balenciaga to check out their new accessories capsule collection by Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière and Vogue’s Grace Coddington (http://www.balenciaga.com).
