• I will stop running water while I brush my teeth and wash the dishes.
• I will take showers instead of baths and take less of them.
• I will wear my clothes for longer and do less laundry.
• I will clean the shower and myself at the same time.
• I promise to save energy:
• I promise to only wash my jeans every other month.
• I promise to only wash laundry in cold water.
• I will not use the tumble dryer.
• I will line or air dry whenever possible.
• I promise to reduce paper waste:
• I will use recycled paper whenever possible.
• I will separate my trash.
• I will not print unnecessarily; when I do I will print double-sided.

• I will turn off all electrical appliances when not in use.
• I will not charge my cell phone overnight.
