Global luxury leader LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton and Parsons School of Design have joined forces for an important initiative — “The Art of Craftsmanship Revisited: New York.” This celebration of the artisan tradition — whose authenticity, creativity and craftsmanship have long inspired and defined the luxury industry — was conceived with two precise goals in mind: to promote the oftentimes overlooked work of the skilled craftsperson and to ensure that their unique knowledge is understood and carried forth by a
new generation.
The exhibition will be unveiled in art installations in the historic houses of Nolan Park on Governors Island and will be on view every weekend from June 5 to June 27.
