Jared Sokolowski - Technician, Wood/Metal

Jared Sokolowski spent three years as an accounting major at King’s College, 2 years at Luzerne County Community College where he received associate degrees in painting and business administration, then studied briefly at Savannah College of Art and Design and London Metropolitan University in industrial design before coming to Parsons The New School where he earned a BFA in product design as part of the graduating class of 2018. Through his years of education and travels he has honed skill sets in business administration, sales, marketing, hospitality, carpentry, and culinary arts. He employs his diverse background of knowledge, skills, and abilities mixed with a robust appetite for making, design, and interacting with other people to his role as a technician at The Making Center.
